Then you need our exclusive Seafood Masterclass and Tasting! Taking place on Monday 24th January under the guidance of Group Executive Chef Jon Fell, a champion of local fish and seafood; what better way to learn more about the fabulous range of fresh seafood available to us?
After meeting for coffee, pastries and introductions at 10am, spend the morning with Jon and our team in The Peddler’s kitchens preparing a series of seafood dishes, plus dessert. You can take your creations home with you, if you don’t eat them all on the spot!
Afterwards you’ll take a seat in the dining room where Jon and the team will cook a delicious lunch for you, served with accompanying wines or soft drinks.
Open to all enthusiastic cooks who’d like to learn more about seafood, numbers are strictly limited for the masterclass, which costs £125 to include all ingredients and equipment and the lunch with drinks plus a special gift to take home. Partners of masterclass participants are welcome to join us for the lunch for a £40 supplement.
