We’re delighted to welcome Jon Fell as the Group Executive Chef for Osprey Management Group. Jon’s reputation in West Cumbria goes before him,  and his commitment to locally sourced, sustainable produce perfectly matches our aspirations for The Peddler and as a group. We are sure he will prove to be a valuable member of our senior management team. Jon is currently very busy finalising menus, speaking to great local suppliers and getting the kitchen set up at The Peddler, and there are plenty more Osprey projects in the pipeline to keep him busy. We will be able to share our new menu ideas soon and as always, feedback from our Osprey customers new and old is very welcome. So, welcome Jon! Exciting times all round for the Osprey inns.
