Restrictions to limit the spread of COVID-19 are being lifted on Monday 19th July, as you’ll know. We’re as pleased as all of you to be moving back towards a more normal life, though as the pandemic is far from over, we’re looking at how to safeguard, as best we can, both our staff and customers during this period. So here’s the plan:
– We will still have hand sanitising stations available for those who want to use them and we’ll also continue with enhanced cleaning of contact surfaces particularly.
– All our staff will continue to have lateral flow tests twice weekly and any member of staff choosing to wear a face mask does so with our support.
– The NHS track and trace app will still be available for customers to check in if they choose to, and we will continue to provide the best ventilation we can manage, so please bear with us if the doors and windows are open and it’s a bit alfresco indoors; that’s why!
– People pinged by track and trace will still have to isolate, which means staffing levels are likely to remain difficult to predict. Thank you for your patience if we are short-handed and things take a little longer than perhaps they should; everyone will be trying their hardest to give you the best service we can.
– MoBo2Go, the app to order and pay for drinks from your table, has worked well so that will still be available, as will table service.
Finally, thank you for your valued support and thank you in advance for your forbearance during this initial period without restrictions. Do please all stay safe! and we hope to see you soon.
